Program Manager

Role Summary:
- As a Program Manager, you will lead the planning, growth, and implementation of department policy and training structures. You will play a central role in course development and training load management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- MBBS with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Nurses or other healthcare professionals with 8+ years post-graduate experience
- Allied Health Sciences graduates
- Paramedical graduates
- Master’s degree holders (non-healthcare) from an HEC-recognized university with 10+ years of experience in healthcare education, skill labs, or life skills training
Estimated Salary Range:
- PKR 150,000 – 250,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Simulation Technician
Locations:
- Karachi
- Islamabad
Role Summary:
- Responsible for the maintenance, programming, and support of simulation-based medical learning tools and lab technologies used in postgraduate training.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should possess one of the following :
- Graduate in Allied Health Sciences or Computer Sciences
- At least one year of full-time experience in simulation-based system operation/maintenance
- Certification in patient care simulator training programs
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with experience in simulation or multimedia
Special Requirement: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Estimated Salary Range:
- PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month (based on experience and certifications)
