Eligibility Criteria for Diverse Roles
SZABIST University Karachi is looking for qualified and experienced professionals across various departments. Here’s a breakdown of the eligibility criteria for each position:
Faculty Positions
Assistant Professor (Biosciences)
- Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree with specialization in Food Science or relevant fields in Biological Sciences.
Assistant Professor (Education)
- Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Education.
Assistant Professor (Social Sciences)
- Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Sociology.
Lecturer
- Candidates must have an M.Phil degree with specialization in Pakistan Studies or Islamic Studies.
Staff Positions
Assistant Manager
- Candidates must have an LLB degree (University of London graduate preferred) with 4 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Assistant Manager – ER & FA
- Candidates must have an MBA degree in Marketing/Communications/Resource Mobilization with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in resource mobilization and fundraising.
Accounts Officer
- Candidates must possess a BS degree in Accounting & Finance with 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Officer – University Affairs
- Candidates must have a BS degree with 3 years relevant experience. Must be capable of providing administrative support and understanding of HEC, SHEC, Accreditation bodies, and similar agencies.
Officer – IT Support
- Candidates must have a BS degree (16 years) in Computer Sciences or Information Technology with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Assistant Marketing Designer
- Candidates must have an Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- The experience and publications required for faculty positions are as per HEC appointment criteria.
- All candidates applying should have degrees from HEC-recognized universities.
