Eligibility Criteria for GOP Establishment Jobs
Educational Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree (16 years of education or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized national or international university.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience is mandatory.
At least 12 years must be in senior leadership roles, such as C-suite positions, directorships, or advisory capacities.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 60 years at the time of appointment.
Age relaxation may be allowed in exceptional cases as per the competent authority’s orders.
Tenure of Appointment
The appointment will be:
On a two-year contract basis
Extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement
Pay Package
Compensation and grade will follow the Government of Pakistan rules.
