Eligibility Criteria for Construction Manager Position

Educational Qualification

•  Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE in Civil) or
• B. Tech (Civil)

Experience Requirement

•  A minimum of 15 to 20 years of proven experience in supervising construction projects, especially grey and finish infrastructure work in large-scale housing societies.

Skills & Core Responsibilities

• Strong ability to supervise multi-storey building projects
• Oversight of grey and finish work on major infrastructure sites
• Expertise in budget control, project risk assessment, and timeline management
• Must regularly report to clients, third-party consultants, and team managers
• Solid understanding of construction standards, materials, and site safety protocols
  Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in housing society projects.
