Key Responsibilities for Manager Operations
The Manager of Operations will be responsible for optimizing day-to-day logistics functions and leading high-performing teams. The responsibilities include:
- Execute daily operations as per SOPs and operational excellence plan
- Implement and improve route management strategies
- Ensure timely processing, forwarding, and delivery of domestic and express shipments
- Supervise Team Leads, Coordinators, and Operations Officers

- Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
