This initiative, part of the Sindh Integrated Health and Population Project (SIHPP), focuses on improved healthcare access for mothers and children and requires technical professionals to support the EMR system under the PMITU.

Eligibility Criteria
IT Officer (PPS-09)
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer.
MERN stack expertise preferred.
Proficient in:
JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, React
Angular, Python, Ruby on Rails
Experience with:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Git, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), GIS systems
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Data Processing Officer (PPS-09)
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Required Experience:
At least 3 years in QA or Data Engineering.
Automation testing tools and QA methodologies.
Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
Proficient in:
Java, Python, JavaScript
Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
Networking Officer (Data & Documentation) – PPS-07
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Network Engineering.
Required Experience:
1 year in networking or software development.
Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, MERN Stack.
Programming in Python, JavaScript, PHP.
Knowledge in:
Security protocols
Troubleshooting
Working independently and in teams.
