Job Responsibilities
Managing daily administrative operations
Handling vendor management, procurement, and office equipment maintenance
Managing EOBI and Social Security contributions
Overseeing rental agreements, contract renewals, and utility bill payments
Developing and documenting administrative SOPs
Managing petty cash and general expense tracking
Coordinating with government and public relations departments
Supervising HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and security functions
