Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation (Master’s preferred, HEC recognized, or foreign with equivalency).
- At least 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking.
- Islamic Banking product experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in Shariah-compliant banking preferred.
- Age as per the bank’s HR policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and meet performance targets.
- Align consumer finance with Shariah frameworks.
- Lead and manage credit and sales teams.
- Automate and digitize Islamic consumer finance processes.
- Approve and streamline credit decisions.
- Recommend improvements to reduce turnaround time.

Eligibility Criteria

- 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Preference for Islamic Banking experience.
- Age limit as per Bank policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Area and Branch Managers.
- Generate Liability & Consumer Asset targets.
- Assign KPIs and evaluate performance.
- Ensure compliance and customer service excellence.
- Lead growth strategies and supervise operational activities.
