1. Registrar (BS-20) 

1. Controller of Examinations (BS-20) 

Both roles require individuals with strong academic and administrative backgrounds. The maximum age limit for each post is 45 years.

Eligibility Criteria for BZU Jobs 2025 

Registrar (BS-20):

Applicants must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university with high academic achievements and relevant administrative experience. Leadership ability, organizational skills, and a proven record of effective management will strengthen the candidate’s profile. 

Controller of Examinations (BS-20):

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in educational administration, specifically in a Class I position or equivalent. Experience in managing examination systems and academic procedures at the university level will be an added advantage. 

Application Process

Interested candidates must apply online through the official BZU job portal. After online submission, a printed copy of the application form must be sent to the university along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, photographs, transcripts, and experience letters. 

Each application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable bank draft of Rs. 3000. The amount can be deposited in HBL (Account # 12717900634601) or UBL (Account # 085700030018). 

Application Deadline

The final date to apply is 15th May 2025. All hard copies must be received before the close of office hours on that day. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. 

Guidelines

• Applicants already working in government or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC). 

• All experience certificates must be verified by the HR department of the issuing organization. 

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. 

• No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process. 

• BZU reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.
