Eligibility Criteria for Chair-International Law at IPRI
To qualify for this esteemed role, candidates must meet the following academic and professional standards:
Academic Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Law or Legal Studies with a specialization in International Law and at least five years of relevant teaching and research experience
- OR LLM in International Law (or equivalent) with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience
Other Requirements
- Candidates must be 55 years of age or younger
- A strong publication record in reputable national or international journals is essential
- Preference will be given to applicants with proven excellence in legal research and thought leadership
