Position Details:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in social or management sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting coordination and documentation, including minutes of board meetings.
- Handling official calls and correspondence.
- Knowledge of company laws, corporate governance, and compliance practices is preferred.
