Regional Executive, Credit (AVP / VP)
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation from a HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Candidates with relevant certifications, like CFA, are preferred.
Experience Required:
- At least 08 years of banking experience.
- Minimum 03 years in credit risk management or related functions.
Skills Needed:
- Credit administration knowledge (Islamic & Conventional)
- Strong decision-making, people management, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
Credit Manager (OG-I / AVP)
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation (preferably with an Accounting/Finance background)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 04 years in credit risk/SME/commercial banking.
- Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale banking institutions.
Skills Needed:
- Strong analytical, financial, and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of SBP regulations and corporate lending
- Proficiency in MS Office
Outline of Main Responsibilities
For Regional Executive, Credit:
- Approve and review credit proposals and risk decisions.
- Coordinate with regional heads and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise documentation, legal compliance, and client monitoring.
- Ensure post-disbursement tracking, data accuracy, and policy adherence.
- Provide credit advisory services to other departments.
- Mentor junior staff in credit review and risk management.
For Credit Manager, Credit Risk:
- Conduct risk analysis during new credit, renewals, or restructuring.
- Recommend actions and approvals to regional offices.
- Monitor portfolio quality and overdue loans.
- Ensure SBP compliance, manage litigation risks, and maintain records.
- Assist in credit training and evaluation of staff.
