Eligibility Criteria for Manager Student Affairs Jobs at Iqra University Islamabad
Education Requirements:
- 18 years of education in Management, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
- The degree must be from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience at the university level
- Prior experience in student affairs or administrative roles is preferred
Skills You Must Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Ability to professionally manage student grievances/conflicts
- Familiarity with student management systems is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead student engagement activities and events
- Deliver timely support services to students with concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Bridge the effective communication between students and departments
- Support and monitor the implementation of policies and disciplinary actions
- Prepare reports and evaluations related to student services
- Foster a positive campus culture and student experience
