Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A Foreign or Local LLM, Barrister at Law, or Solicitor
- At least 7 years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad, either in the public or private sector
Professional Credentials
Extensive experience in drafting or reviewing:
- Conventions
- Agreements
- MOUs
- Contracts
- Other Legal Documents
Strong understanding of International Law
Skilled in delivering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters
Proven track record in legislative drafting
Shortlisting Criteria
Preference given to candidates with:
- Experience in public sector organizations
- Exposure to state run corporations or private companies of repute
