- Out of this, at least 12 years should be in senior leadership roles such as C-suite, directorships, or advisory positions.
- Maximum age limit is 60 years at the time of appointment. This limit may be relaxed in special cases by the competent authority approval.
Tenure & Pay Package
- The appointment is on a two-year contract, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement.
- Pay and grade will follow Government rules and will match market-competitive rates, with applicable perks.
