Job Advertisement Overview
The University of Gwadar is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the position of Project Director on a one-year contract (extendable). The salary package is aligned with PC-1 scales, and includes a 5% annual increment. The age requirement for applicants is between 40 to 60 years.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
- 2nd Class Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (16 years of education)
- M.Sc/MS/M.Phil (18 years of education)
- Fields: Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
- Degrees must be from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions
Minimum Experience
- For Bachelor’s/Master’s (16 years): 15 years of relevant experience in reputable public/private organizations
- For MS/M.Phil (18 years): 12 years of post-qualification experience
Experience should include:
- Project design, documentation, and execution
- Contractor supervision
- Materials procurement
- Report preparation
Candidates must also have strong knowledge of government rules and systems, including PEC, PPRA, BPPRA, Planning Commission, Finance, and Project Management procedures.
