Eligibility Criteria for NBP Relationship Manager Jobs
To qualify for the position, applicants must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

Primary Job Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager at NBP, you will be entrusted with the following duties:
- Visit customers daily, both new and existing, to achieve deposit growth targets
- Build, manage and grow the deposit portfolio for Conventional and Islamic Banking
- Create and pitch viable product plans tailored to customer needs
- Promote cross-sell products like insurance and consumer assets
- Maintain excellent service standards to ensure customer retention
- Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage and deepen dormant and active account relationships
- Participate in market storming and customer outreach activities
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, audit guidelines, and service standards
- Assist in reporting, documentation, and meeting operational requirements
- Coordinate with support departments and ensure all service-level agreements are met
Additional Competencies and Skills Required
- Strong command over sales and interpersonal communication
- Good understanding of banking products and processes
- Familiarity with local geographical area of posting
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and digital tools
