Eligibility Criteria
Education
Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree (16 years) of education in one of the following ICT-related disciplines:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Information Management Systems
Network and Telecommunication
Software Engineering and Cloud
The degree must be awarded by a HEC-recognized local or international university of high ranking.
Experience
Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field (public or private sector), with strong credentials in:
Development of telecom sector KPIs for national/international practices
Engagement with local and international telecom stakeholders
Understanding telecom policies, frameworks, and regulations
Interpretation of international statistical sources
Strong communication and presentation skills
Teamwork in cross-functional environments
Drafting policy briefs and analytical reports
Pay Package
Fixed Salary: Up to PKR 500,000/month (all-inclusive under SPPS-IV Scale)
Negotiable at the time of interview based on expertise and qualification
Duration of Appointment
The position is contract-based under SPPS-IV Scale
Initial tenure: 2 years
Extendable for another 2 years upon satisfactory performance and project needs
