Number of Posts Available: 7 positions for Lecturers.
Education: For the Lecturer position, a First Class MS/MPhil or equivalent degree after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution is required, with no 3rd division in the academic career. For Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions, a PhD in a relevant field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing and delivering lectures, facilitating student learning, leading classroom discussions, and mentoring students regarding academic and career goals.
– Conducting and publishing research, writing proposals, and securing research grants.
– Contributing to the Institution’s mission, vision, and sustainable goals.
– Participating and contributing in conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events.
– Managing collaborative partnerships with other educational institutions and external bodies for learning and development opportunities.
– Assisting with departmental duties as assigned by the department.
