Eligibility Criteria
PTVC seeks passionate professionals with experience in media management, journalism, digital production, visual editing, and more. Below is the summarized qualification and experience for key positions:
Editorial & Media Positions
- Managing Editor / Editor-in-Chief
Master/Bachelor in Mass Comm./IR/Media with 10–15 years’ experience in newsroom management. - Assignment / Planning Editor
Master/Bachelor in Mass Comm./IR/Media with 10–12 years in editorial planning and management. - Editor – News
Requires 10–12 years in news production and editorial supervision. - Audience Editor
Must have expertise in digital & social media and media management. - Editor – Visuals
Experience in graphics/visual content development is essential.
Journalism & Reporting Roles
- Desk In-Charge
8–10 years in journalism and team management. - Producers – Web
- 5+ years of experience in digital journalism.
- Presenters
2–3 years of news presentation experience in English. - Reporters
- 2–3 years in English news reporting.
Creative, Technical & Support Positions
- Camerapersons Graduate =with at least 5 years’ experience in media production.
- NLEs (Non-Linear Editors) =Intermediate with 5 years in video editing.
- Graphic Designers =BFA/BSCS/BIT with 5 years in graphic design & animation.
- Social Media Producers = 3 years’ experience in managing social media platforms.
- Digital Marketer=MBA in Marketing with proven experience in digital content strategy.
- Webmaster=Bachelor’s in Software/Computer Engineering with 5 years in web development.
Administrative & Support Staff
- Executive Assistant =Bachelor’s in Business/Admin with 2 years’ relevant experience
- Office Boys = Middle qualification minimum required.
- Drivers =2–3 years’ experience with a valid HTV/LTV license.
