Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Project Director: MBBS or Master’s in Public Health with 10 years’ experience
- Finance & Procurement Manager: MBA in Finance with 10 years’ relevant experience
- Communication Specialist: Master’s in Mass Communication + 10 years’ hands-on experience
- Data Assistant: Master in Statistics or MIS + 8 years’ data management experience
- Training Coordinator: MPH with 8 years’ experience in training/event coordination
- Admin Officer: MBA with 8 years’ experience in finance/admin
- Office Assistant: Bachelor’s + 3 years’ office assistant experience
- Office Boy: Matric with 3 years’ relevant experience
Age Requirements
- Project Director: 45–55 years
- Managers & Specialists: 40–50 years
- Data/Admin roles: 25–35 years
- Office Boy: 20–30 years
