Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Accounts Payable Executive role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant finance role.
- Proficiency in AX Dynamics D365 Software.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling daily Accounts Payable (trade) processing and tracking stock shortages.
- Verifying and ensuring all invoices are correctly documented and approved.
- Recording payments to vendors and exchange companies, including reconciliations.
- Managing intercompany ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing all import-related payments efficiently.
- Posting international prepayment invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing daily and monthly payment schedules, reporting to the treasury department.
- Supporting international trade documentation and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
