Professor
- PhD in relevant field from an HEC-recognized university
- 10 years of teaching/research experience
- Minimum 10 publications (4 in the last 5 years)
Associate Professor
- PhD in relevant field
- 5 years of teaching/research experience
- Minimum 5 publications (2 in the last 5 years)
Assistant Professor
- PhD or equivalent terminal qualification
- No experience required for PhD holders
Lecturer
- First Class MS/MPhil or equivalent (18 years education) from HEC-recognized university
- No third division in academic career
Special Criteria for Specific Disciplines
Law
- LLM, Bar-at-law, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
- Teaching/research experience preferred
Engineering
- MS/MPhil or equivalent with PEC registration
- First class in the relevant discipline
Art & Design (Studio Practice)
- First Division MFA or equivalent
- Teaching/industry experience preferred
