Available Positions 

Head Alumni Relations 

• The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with alumni, engaging them in university events, and creating an alumni network that contributes to the institution’s long-term growth. 

Head Stores & Warehouse 

• This position manages university-wide procurement, inventory, and storage systems. It involves ensuring timely material availability and cost-effective warehouse operations. 

Eligibility Criteria 

For Head Alumni Relations 

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (HEC-recognized). 
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in alumni engagement and leadership. 
• Proven success in alumni events, community programs, and chapter development. 
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills. 

For Head Stores & Warehouse 

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or equivalent. 
• 8–10 years of relevant store/warehouse experience, with 5 years in a senior role. 
• Hands-on expertise in SAP MM and other inventory management systems. 
• Strong skills in reporting, material handling, and procurement.
